Warranty Details

Every BELTANE is designed and built with great care and with the finest materials, ensuring quality control is an integral part of the production process. Beltane models have an extended 2-year guarantee against material faults and other manufacturing defects in line with the following warranty terms. The warranty will only apply if we have received from you the duly completed registration card within 2 weeks of purchase. If the card is not registered a statutory 1 year warranty applies. Your stove must have been purchased from an authorised Beltane dealer (Volsom Ltd – Glowing Embers) whose name must be shown on the registration card. Your stove must have been installed and serviced within 12 months of installation by a HETAS or equivalent registered engineer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the parts found to be defective but does not cover the labour or carriage charges. Beltane reserve the right to inspect any component prior to replacement. Beltane reserve the right to refuse to provide replacement parts if the registration card has not been completed and returned.

Please note that this warranty is not transferable and is extended only to, and is solely for, the benefit of the original purchaser of the stove and will therefore only apply when the dated sales receipt as proof of purchase is produced to Beltane.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

The warranty does not cover 1. Consumable service parts being repair or replacement of parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear during the warranty period or parts that require replacement in connection with normal maintenance. Such parts include but are not limited to baffles, fire bars, grate assemblies, firebricks, glass, and glass assemblies, ash trays, and sealing materials such as sealing rope. Consumable parts will require periodic replacement. 2. Senotherm painted surfaces. 3. Damage resulting from installation and usage other than as described in Beltane installation and operation instructions, or if the installation does not conform to local building and fire and safety regulations. 4. Defects or faults caused by local conditions such as draught problems and chimney defects. 5. Damage resulting from over firing the appliance -over firing can be identified by warped plates and areas where the paint pigment has been burned off or by chipping, cracking, bubbling and discolouration of the porcelain enamel finish in the case of enamel stoves (as further described in the operation manual). 7. Damage caused by use of the wrong type of fuel. 8. Damage caused by modifications or repair other than as expressly authorised by Beltane or by the user or any other party other than Beltane. 9. Damage made while the stove is in transit. (Any appliance so damaged must not be installed or operated as this may damage any claim you may have against the carrier/authorised dealer). Please contact the authorised Beltane dealer from whom you bought the stove. 10. Damage arising where the stove has been used for commercial, business or resale purposes nor shall we have any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. 11. Parts of products for which any manufacturer other than Beltane provides warranties.

Products repaired or replaced under the warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any claim under this warranty must in the first instance be submitted to the authorised dealer from whom the stove was purchased (Volsom Ltd – Glowing Embers). If such dealer has ceased trading or is no longer an authorised dealer please write to Beltane, indicating the model number, size and serial number, the place, price and date the stove was purchased (including the original sales receipt) the date it was installed and any other information which Beltane may reasonably require. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights and Beltane does not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Beltane’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors. Beltane will not in any circumstances (whether under the warranty or otherwise) be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is not a foreseeable result of its breach of this warranty.

Stove Glass Accidental Damage Cover

Replacing damaged stove glass is something most stove owners will be familiar with, be it by closing the door on a protruding log, over-tightening the glass retaining clips or the natural heat expansion of the door, chances are you have had to purchase replacement glass for your wood burning stove at least once.

By adding Glowing Embers' Accidental Damage Cover, you have peace of mind that the potentially costly process of cutting and shipping a replacement glass is covered for when those accidental breakages occur.

Terms & Conditions

Glass Protection covers you for cracked or smashed stove glass for the period of time that you select. We cover you for accidental breakage for any reason for the length of time you selected but doesn't cover for any consequential loss or installation costs. Installation is usually an easy process, and our team can talk you through it. To claim against this protection, simply send us an email prior to the expiration date (either 1 or two years from the purchase date, depending upon which option you pick) with a photo clearly showing your stove with the broken glass. We may require measurements or a template from you to cut the replacement glass accurately and your provision of this when required is conditional on our fulfilment of this protection. The protection covers you for one replacement only within the set period, additional breakages (outside of breakage on delivery which will be covered free of charge) will fall outside of this protection. This only covers flat glass cut by Glowing Embers and does not cover curved or printed glass.

Essential components for any stove installation into an existing chimney, this Fitting Kit for stoves with a 5" (125mm) diameter outlet collar includes an 800mm x 400mm Register Plate (Chimney Closure Plate), 5" Reducing Plate and a 1000mm length of leading brand Vitreous Enamelled Stove Pipe in 5" internal diameter.

Sited above the stove, the metal Register Plate sits on - or can be screwed up to - the 4 supplied brackets and features a pre-cut central hole (reduced to 5" diameter when used with the provided Reducing Plate) for the Stove Pipe to pass through, into the chimney cavity. This plate is easily cut to your required size and not only prevents debris or insulating granules from falling down the chimney, but also deflects heat rising from the stove into the room. Stove Pipe Thermometer

Designed to secure over the stove's outlet collar (which will be a male spigot), the Adapter converts it to a female socket to allow your Stove Pipe or Twin Wall Adapter to connect securely and safely.
