500mm With Door 5″ (125mm) – Gloss Black

This high-quality pipe is constructed from single skin connecting flue system manufactured in zero carbon steel with powder vitreous enamel coating in a gloss black finish.

For safe installation, maintain a minimum 375mm distance from any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard. Install with the smaller diameter end facing downward to keep condensate contained within the flue. The friction-fit joint design eliminates the need for sealants, but for added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone. If cutting is required, cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installation.

Designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, operating at temperatures up to 600°C. It serves as an essential connecting pipe between your appliance and a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. Note that it should not be used to pass through combustible ceilings or walls.
